  • Helping Jets will provide regular performance reports.
  • While Helping Jets will use best practices to achieve campaign goals, results are not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Helping Jets will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the paid advertising services provided.

7. Termination

  • Either party can terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice.
  • The client is responsible for all ad spend up to the termination date.


Email Marketing

11. Monthly Server Charges for Abandoned Projects: If the owner decides not to proceed with a project or leaves it incomplete due to a change of mind or no longer needing the project, monthly server charges will still apply until the user completes the payment for the services rendered.

12. Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, customers must meet the criteria specified in the service agreement for the particular service availed.
